Application:

This machine is made to remove the burr and impurities appeared during the forming process of rubber pieces and other materials.

This mechanism allows the polishing of any part of the piece.

 

Can be adjusted for different type of cuts and angles of attack.


Description:

The machine consists of a structure that supports a modular system with the number of polishing stations desired, mounted on a rotary platform splitter. This platform handles the different systems and equipment needed to undertake actions for polishing and loading / download.


The polishing processes are performed in the different stations, using an electromechanical brush. This brush is mounted at the end of a pneumatic manipulator, which disposes the brush in the desired position.
