It’s a system for the leakage control of flexible or semi-rigid packaging for a wide range of volumes and for high speed production lines.

The system performs a check of various packages simultaneously through two control points, with load cells. In this way the computer records the pressure loss of the containers, after applying a preload on its surface, determining if it escapes or not.

Thanks to the technical features and its modular design, the system needs a single replacement for all control points, thus becoming easy to maintain.

The set of components, structural, electrical and pneumatic, comply with all existing regulations to be performed by equipment installed in rooms or installations of A Class.
